Board Member Whitney River-Croley said she had spoken with another board member who could not attend, so that member would be aware of the options discussed at the previous meeting. The board explained that it prefers “option 2” — to build a new sewage plant next to the existing sewage system — and noted the board had already voted in favor of that option at its Feb. 11, 2025 meeting.
Chairman Robert Montague asked Marc DePauli to give the district’s preliminary wastewater engineering report; the transcript records that DePauli was asked to present but contains no details of the report itself. The discussion on Feb. 18 was recorded as part of the district’s planning process rather than as a new formal motion to adopt a construction contract or funding action.
Board Member Whitney River-Croley moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 p.m.; Board Member Michael Croley seconded. “Aye,” answered those in favor and the motion passed unanimously. The board adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
