A public hearing before the City of Boulder City Council on Sept. 4, 2024 reviewed a request by property owner and applicant Dan Yanzick to place a 2024 trailer at 305 South Cook Street and to obtain a conditional-use permit for that placement.
City Administrator Brian Bullock told the council the proposed unit is "classified as a Class B mobile home." Yanzick said the trailer "would meet the zoning requirements for a Class B mobile home and meet all required setbacks." The applicant presented the project overview to the mayor, council and city staff during the hearing.
Mayor Russell Giulio opened the hearing at 9:00 a.m. and, after staff and the applicant spoke, Bullock asked the mayor and council if they had any further questions. There were no questions and no members of the public were present to comment. With that, the public hearing was closed at 9:04 a.m.
The transcript of the proceeding includes a clerk attestation dated Sept. 16, 2024; the hearing record itself shows the public hearing occurred Sept. 4, 2024. The council did not record any motions, votes, or formal action on the conditional-use permit during the hearing.
