Councilor asks to revise park ordinance after off-road vehicles damage Itch-Kep-Pe Park islands

Rick White also asked about whether the transfer site accepts oil; Public Works Director Peyton Brookshire replied the city does not accept oil and there had been no inquiries on that topic.
