The consent list included staff items, emeriti faculty designations, and facilities matters, among them a request to grant an electric easement to Mission Valley Power for the new sewer treatment plant at the Flathead Lake Biological Station (UM Missoula).
Chair Todd Buchanan explained the appeals process when two appeals were on the docket. The board called for a motion to hear the appeals; no motion was made, and the Commissioner’s decisions were upheld.
No public comment was received during the public comment period. The open meeting adjourned at 9:37 a.m.
