Haverhill warns resident to keep trailer off street after repeat parking violation

Petrick said a prior case opened in September 2025 had been corrected within the Courtesy Notice timeframe, but on April 16, 2026 he observed another violation and issued a Notice of Violation giving three days to comply. The property was brought into compliance, but after the compliance deadline.
Respondent Juan Cardona testified he did move the trailer and said he sometimes left the trailer attached to his truck on weekends; he also said he had addressed the problem. The magistrate’s order requires continued compliance and notes that repeat violations may be subject to fines up to $500 per day and that Code inspectors may present repeat violations to the Special Magistrate without providing a cure period.
Costs of $18.25 were assessed in the order.
