At the Feb. 6 High Point meet-and-greet, organizers announced several community events and changes to payment processing.
The residents-only Italian dinner is set for March 11, 2025 at 5 p.m. Tickets cost $12, are limited to 200, and will be sold at the meeting and on Tuesdays at the Baltic Building during specified morning and afternoon windows; the menu includes baked ziti, salad and dessert and attendees were told it is open to High Point residents only. A Vendor Fair will be held March 1 from 9:30–11:30 a.m. (no admission ticket required) and the Quilt Club is holding a tea on March 8 from 1–3 p.m. with $5 admission and limited seating.
On payments, the association said financial statements are available at the Baltic Building office and that a residential portal is being prepared to accept dues online; once active, members will receive monthly bills. The organization will stop mailing payment coupon books; members may still pay by check or cash at the office. The board noted that credit-card payments will incur a 5% processing fee.
