During the Dec. 12, 2024, annual meeting Greg Myers reported a series of facility and grounds updates at the High Point community center. The minutes list two new clocks, four round tables, new restroom signs, upgraded emergency exit signs and door upgrades at the community center; no costs are provided for those items in the minutes.
The association recorded outdoor maintenance such as weed removal around fencing during downtime and that the county removed all dead trees. The board is researching a steel storage building to place behind the fence at the pool to store equipment during storms; the minutes do not include an estimated cost, vendor name, or timeline for that project.
The minutes also note that Leland Management will offer an online class on board certification for directors; the minutes do not include date or registration details. Secretary Jean Albano signed the minutes, which close the record of the meeting at 2:42 p.m.
