High Point Community Property Owners elects 2025 officers, confirms committee rosters and meeting schedule

The High Point Community Property Owners, Inc. held an organizational meeting on Dec. 12, 2024, at the Community Center. Karen Marrero, CAM, called the meeting to order at 2:49 P.M. and recorded roll call.
The board elected its 2025 officers by unanimous voice vote. Greg Myers was chosen as president (nominated by Jean Albano and seconded by Steve Heffron). Steve Heffron was elected vice president (nominated by Greg Myers and seconded by Ray Thomas). Lynda Anderson was elected treasurer (nominated by Karen Rushlow and seconded by Greg Myers). Jean Albano was elected secretary (nominated by Greg Myers and seconded by Paul Quintin). The minutes record each nomination as “approved by all.”
The board referred to attached committee appointment documentation. The board also announced meeting schedules. The minutes state a December 2024 board meeting will be held Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. in the Community Center. The organizational document lists 2025 general meeting dates (Feb. 6 at 1 p.m., April 10 at 7 p.m., Oct. 2 at 1 p.m.), a Budget & By-Law meeting (Oct. 16 at 1 p.m.), the annual meeting/election (Dec. 11, 2025 at 1 p.m.), and regular board meetings on the last Tuesday of every month at 9:00 A.M.
A motion to adjourn was made by Jean Albano, seconded by Greg Myers, and the meeting ended at 3:49 P.M. The minutes were respectfully submitted by Jean Albano, secretary.
