The Hilliard Planning & Zoning Board on April 23 unanimously approved minutes from its March 26, 2026, regular meeting and adjourned after a brief session.
Vice Chair Dustin Winnon moved to approve the March 26 minutes; Board Member Kevin Webb seconded the motion, which passed with Chair Harold "Skip" Frey, Vice Chair Winnon, Webb, Michael Hallman and Dalton Hood recorded as voting yea. Land Use Administrator Lee Anne Wollitz attended the meeting via Microsoft Teams and Chelsea Wingate attended in person to take minutes.
During an additional-comments portion of the meeting, Vice Chair Dustin Winnon thanked the Hilliard Volunteer Fire Department and Nassau County Fire Rescue "for their work on wildfires in our area" and acknowledged community members who provided food and drinks to responders. Winnon also noted that a Nassau County burn ban is in effect and referenced the Board of County Commissioners meeting scheduled for Monday at 5 p.m.
No members of the public requested to speak during the public-comment period. Planning and Zoning Attorney Juan Quintero Bornas and Land Use Administrator Lee Anne Wollitz each stated they had nothing further to add.
Vice Chair Winnon moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:06 p.m.; Board Member Michael Hallman seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
