The Town Council met in workshop on Dec. 16, 2025 to continue its review of the municipal employee handbook.
President Newnam called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. Council members Brian Schmidt, Michael Sullivan and Rose Potter attended; Town Administrator Erin Braband was present for the Town. The council continued a review of the employee handbook and discussed possible changes to policy language and provisions; the transcript does not record specific proposed amendments.
Council members set a follow-up workshop to continue work on the handbook for Jan. 7, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. At 4:50 p.m., Commissioner Michael Sullivan moved to close the workshop; Commissioner Brian Schmidt seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved by the members present, and the session was closed.
