A roll-call vote recorded six ayes (Trustees Pat Dickson, Pat Dunham, Patty Chybowski, Dawn Suchy, Heath Rosten and Ron Grace) and zero nays, and the motion carried.
Earlier in the meeting the board also voted to approve the minutes from its Jan. 9, 2023 Regular Village Board meeting. Trustee Dawn Suchy moved to approve the minutes and Trustee Ron Grace seconded; a voice vote was recorded as Aye – 5, Nay – 0, Abstain – 1. The minutes record the counts but do not identify which trustee abstained.
No further financial actions were taken during the meeting. The board adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
