President Newnam called the Town Council workshop to order at 4:00 p.m. Feb. 4. Council members Michael Sullivan, Rose Potter and Walter Chase were present; Town Administrator Erin Braband attended as staff.
The council continued review of its employee handbook and finalized a rough draft during the workshop. Town Administrator Erin Braband said she will draft a final version for the council to review and have ready for possible adoption at the March 4, 2026 council meeting.
Council member Rose Potter moved to close the workshop at 5:20 p.m.; Council member Walter Chase seconded the motion. The council recorded the motion as unanimously approved and then adjourned the workshop.
Erin Braband signed the submitted record as Town Administrator/Clerk.
The council did not take additional formal actions on other agenda items at the workshop; the finalized rough draft and any further edits will be considered at the March 4 meeting.
