Culbertson council swears in two new councilmen, approves minutes and vouchers

Reginal Rudolph and Greg Staudinger were sworn in as councilmen at the Jan. 8 Culbertson Town Council meeting. Others recorded as present included Bernie W. Finnicum, Gordon Oelkers, James Baldwin, Steve Moore and Raedelle Aspenlieder; Greg Hennessy was absent and Ken Forbregd attended as a guest.
The council approved the Dec. 4, 1995 minutes without recorded objection. The record also shows approval and signatures for general journal vouchers numbers 146 and 147, and later lists of special and enterprise fund payees and totals: a page total of $7,028.37 (special funds) and $11,673.53 (enterprise funds) were recorded in the minutes.
