During the Old Business discussion at the Sept. 17 Silver Creek Township Board meeting, Supervisor Geyen shared photographs of the Haack property for the board to review. Mr. Haack addressed the board and said he had removed a pile of empty boxes, that garage doors are functioning and that he is working with his insurance company to repair the roof. He told the board he did not plan to move vehicles currently at the property and said they were licensed and operable. He said his goal is to have the work completed by the next township meeting.
The board viewed the photos provided by Supervisor Geyen; no enforcement action or formal vote on the property was recorded in the minutes. The item remains on the agenda for future review if issues persist.
