The trustees did not disclose details of the executive-session discussion in the open minutes.
Chairman Steven Barker called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.; the body listed Vice-Chair Sally Jensen, Trustees Ben Goode, Galen Wilson and Myra Letherma as present, and Clerk Dawn Peterson as in attendance. Earlier in the meeting, Trustee Galen Wilson moved to approve the posted agenda; Vice-Chair Jensen seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
With no further business, Chairman Barker declared the meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
