The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted Resolution 2025-01 on Dec. 10, 2024, electing its officers and removing a prior assistant secretary.
Michael Walsh, Assistant Secretary, nominated Kathleen Lonergan to remain Chair and Arthur Rhodes to serve as Vice Chair; the nominations also designated Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman as Assistant Secretaries. The motion, seconded by Carol Vaughan, passed with all supervisors voting in favor.
District Manager Chuck Adams presented the resolution. The action also removed Janice Benedetti from the list of assistant secretaries. The resolution left several prior administrative appointments unchanged, including Craig Wrathell as Secretary and Treasurer and Chuck Adams and Jeff Pinder in assistant/treasurer roles previously appointed by the board.
By adopting the resolution, the board formalized officer assignments following the recent seating of newly elected supervisors. No further procedural steps were announced at the meeting.
