Heritage Pines CDD adopts meeting schedule, mutual aid agreement and routine financial items

The Heritage Pines Community Development District board approved several routine but administratively important items at its April 15, 2025 meeting.
The board adopted Resolution 2025-04 to designate dates, times and locations for regular meetings for fiscal year 2025/2026. It also adopted Resolution 2025-05, approving the updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement; District Manager Chuck Adams said the updates prompted re-presentation and explained that the district is more likely to be the recipient of mutual aid than a provider.
The board accepted unaudited financial statements as of Feb. 28, 2025; Mr. Adams reported revenue is 94% collected with one month remaining in the payment cycle and said interest earned on investment accounts was not yet reflected because statements had not been received. The board approved amendments to the Feb. 18, 2025 meeting minutes to add attendees, correct location references and insert clarifying language as detailed in the meeting record.
The board added an action item to track the execution of an Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) contract for vegetation removal on NWRA 33; the contract was executed and cleanup work is underway. District Engineer Kurt Heath will inspect the area and coordinate repairs. The meeting adjourned at 2:52 p.m.
