Dayton council adopts ordinances on neighborhood accommodations and park vehicle rules; approves municipal aid contract

Member Judd moved approval; Member Nyman seconded. Roll call recorded Member Kelly, Member Judd, Member Lovins, Member Horton, Member Neary and Member Nyman voting "aye," and the motion carried.
The meeting additionally included first readings of two budget-related ordinances: Ordinance 2026-5 (an amendment to the fiscal year 2025–2026 budget) and Ordinance 2026-6 (the proposed FY 2026–2027 budget). Both were read for first reading and no action was taken.
