Following the certification, Commissioner Hatfield moved to adjourn; Commissioner Coos seconded. The court voted in favor and the clerk declared the meeting adjourned at about 10:03 a.m. The meeting listed a quorum with Precinct 1 Commissioner Hatfield, Precinct 2 Commissioner Timmons, Presiding Commissioner Semmes, Precinct 3 Commissioner Coos and Precinct 4 Commissioner Ebarb.
