The motion to approve the DRIP funds was made by Board member Sabrina Hosmer and seconded by Board member David Litrico. Mrs. Martha Kelly was recorded as voting in opposition; the minutes show eight members voted in favor.
During the same meeting the board added the DRIP item to the agenda by unanimous vote and later voted to enter Executive Session to continue a prior-week personnel discussion, inviting Superintendent Candace Morell and Dr. Shamim Patwa, Director of Student Support Services. The board entered Executive Session at 7:51 p.m. and returned to open session at 8:16 p.m.
