Council discussed options for city-park rentals, including whether to continue offering the park as a single full-park rental or to establish separate rental options for the ball field and picnic areas. Council agreed to continue discussion of deposit amounts at the February work session, with a final decision on deposits anticipated at the February Council meeting.
Separately, Council discussed upcoming budget training for elected officials scheduled for Feb. 26 and will decide which members will attend and how many registrations staff should purchase. Council also selected Feb. 23 as the date for the next joint City Council and Planning Commission meeting to take place during a regularly scheduled Council meeting.
