The St. Louis Board of Public Service on July 21 approved seven conditional-use permit recommendations presented to the board.
Sandra Long, a plan examiner representing the building commissioner, told the board she was transmitting board order No. 766 and asked that the recommendations be approved "as submitted." Long listed applications covering multiple addresses and recommended approval with conditions for six sites and approval for one unit at 2340 Menard Unit 3.
Director Greg Hayes moved to approve the conditional-use recommendations; the motion was seconded by Director Dace. The clerk called the roll and directors Dace, Hayes, Jackson, Patel and President Rich Bradley each recorded an "Aye." The motion carried unanimously.
The approvals cover the following applications as presented to the board: 6025 Bridal (2nd Floor), 3182 Morgan Ford, 5400 Partridge, 5341 Riverview, 1297 Amherst, 3855 Lindell, and 2340 Menard Unit 3. Sandra Long advised the board these were recommended with conditions; the specific conditions were not read into the record at the meeting.
The board also approved the meeting minutes from July 14, 2026, and the agenda for the July 21 meeting earlier in the session. No further public hearings or lettings were held during this meeting, and the board adjourned after routine business.
