City Administrator Roxane Worley read three resolutions in full: Resolution No. 2388 designates an agent to the Oregon Department of Emergency Management for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program; Resolution No. 2389 authorizes a capital equipment loan for a police vehicle; Resolution No. 2390 authorizes a capital equipment loan for a public works vehicle. Each resolution was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote with all ayes.
In procurement action, Worley explained Sgt. Mitchell had obtained an estimate for an engine replacement and install for the police Tahoe; the council accepted MJC Auto Repair, Inc.'s estimate of $10,962.03, which Worley noted includes a three‑year/100,000‑mile warranty.
