The Snake River Board of Trustees voted Oct. 16 to support a sewer connection agreement allowing Country Haven Utilities to connect about 44 households to the Groveland Water and Sewer District collection and treatment system.
Board discussion noted the initial sewer planning built capacity with the prospect of adding schools and additional households to the line. Trustees also noted the district would receive a small refund for each household that connects per the agreement with Groveland Water and Sewer.
Larin Mortimer moved and Lon Harrington seconded a motion to support the Sewer Connection Agreement between the Snake River School District and Country Haven Utilities. Trustees voted unanimously to support the agreement (5–0).
