The clerk said this site is “pretty much across from the Ford dealership.”
A third ownership-change application was for Lucky Field Group LLC doing business as Shop and Go Holt at 1800 Crescent Ridge Road NE, Suite A; staff said the convenience store includes an attached package store and provided weekday and weekend operating hours. The clerk also noted two existing package stores seeking approval letters to become specialty retailers of consumable hemp products: Paradise Mart Inc. at 4103 Greensboro Avenue, Suite B, and Save More Inc. (Spirits and More) at 238 15th Street East.
