Staff member (S3) described the location of the crack and said a seismic assessment had been completed "two or three years ago" and that the new review will help the district determine which portion of the building can be addressed. "Big crack," S3 said when describing the area of concern. The committee noted contractor cleanup (tree trimming) that improved safety on a nearby path that is technically city property.
