Consent and appointments: the board approved a special event permit for Crossroad Ministries to use the gazebo Aug. 2–Sept. 6, 2026, accepted the resignation of John Faso from the Economic Development Advisory Board and appointed Jason Bartz as the alternate through Dec. 31, 2026. The board also approved a special use permit renewal for the Sandy Beach Yacht Club parking lot after an inspection found no changes.
Budget and grants: the audit committee moved to pay bills totaling $492,329.60 across several funds (general, highway, sewer, water, trust and capital). The engineering department presented a request to authorize submission of an application to the New York State Clean Water Infrastructure Improvement Grant Program for water treatment plant upgrades; the board authorized the supervisor to sign required application and certification forms.
