Town Manager Julia Henze presented the town’s February 2026 financial reports and an overview of the proposed 2026–27 budget and the 2027–2031 Capital Improvement Program at the March 16 council meeting.
Henze also briefed the council on Brunswick Landing environmental conditions and fielded questions from multiple councilors about contamination testing and results. Dr. David Page summarized the February 26 Restoration Advisory Board meeting and answered council inquiries. Councilors asked follow-up questions intended to clarify testing status and next steps.
Sally Costello, director of economic development, presented follow-up and next steps from a market analysis of the Brunswick Mobile Home Park; councilors discussed potential implications for housing strategy. Manager Henze also noted the town’s recognition by Esri for special achievement in GIS.
