Project Manager Chrissy Adamowicz introduced the proposal and answered councilors' questions about scope and need. Councilor James Ecker moved to set the hearing and Councilor Richard Ellis seconded; the motion carried with nine yeas.
The scheduled hearing will provide a formal opportunity for public comment on the CDBG‑PI application; town staff will present project details and any supporting materials at that meeting.
