Ordinances and intergovernmental matters - Ordinance 21-12-2223: The Board adopted rules to establish an interested-parties registry for tax increment financing (TIF) district formation; the motion passed 6–0. - The Board authorized execution of an intergovernmental agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation to share traffic-signal electric and maintenance costs related to US Route 132 (Grand Avenue) improvements; the motion passed 6–0.
