At its Nov. 4 meeting the Village of North Fond du Lac Board of Trustees approved several motions and resolutions, including three designations of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA/SLFRF) funds.
On the consent agenda the board approved the Oct. 21, 2024 minutes, authorized payment of invoices and granted operator licenses for Damian Bath (permanent, Charlie’s Banquet Hall) and Lisa Stageman (permanent, Last Shot). Trustee Mike Will moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Ann Price seconded; the motion carried 5–0.
The board confirmed the Library Board appointment of Cheri Hansen (term through 2026) on a motion by Trustee Ann Price and second by Trustee John Duffy; the vote was 5–0. President Mike Streetar thanked outgoing member Becky Krapfl for her service.
The board then approved three resolutions designating ARPA funds: Resolution‑14‑2024 to allocate up to $65,000 for IT upgrades (motion by Chuck Hornung, second by John Duffy); Resolution‑15‑2024 to allocate up to $5,000 for holiday decorations (motion by John Duffy, second by Mike Will); and Resolution‑16‑2024 to allocate up to $42,675 to contract engineering services for Prospect Avenue modifications (motion by Ann Price, second by John Duffy). Each resolution passed on a 5–0 vote.
A motion to adjourn by Trustee Ann Price, seconded by Trustee Chuck Hornung, carried 5–0 and the meeting ended at 6:41 p.m.
