Trustee Lon Harrington moved and Trustee Larin Mortimer seconded; the motion passed 5-0.
Under the adopted policy, employees must have grant applications reviewed by an administrator before submitting them, and the board will authorize any resulting payments. The district will finalize required procurement steps before releasing grant distributions.
