Planning Board adopts Prospect Hill amendment, grants Cilvan Realty extension and tables 25 Harbor Boulevard

The East Hampton Town Planning Board took a series of routine actions July 8.
Member Ava Warren moved to adopt a resolution amending approval for the Prospect Hill final subdivision modification; Vice Chair Jennifer Casper Fowkes seconded and the motion was recorded as approved by the Board. Chairman Edward Krug moved to adopt a resolution granting an extension of time for the Cilvan Realty LLC site plan/special permit modification; Vice Chair Fowkes seconded and the extension was adopted. On the 25 Harbor Boulevard, Springs (Stephen Zukas) Board of Review item, Chairman Krug moved to table the matter; Vice Chair Fowkes seconded and the matter was tabled.
Member Reed Jones moved to adopt the minutes of June 17, 2026; Member Bruce Siska seconded and the minutes were adopted. Member John Thorsen moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m.; Vice Chair Fowkes seconded and the Board approved the adjournment.
All motions at this meeting were recorded in the minutes as approved by the Board.
