District reports progress on fourth elementary design and Frank Road annexation

Tate also described ongoing coordination on the Frank Road annexation, noting that utilities and civil engineering are part of the next steps and that civil engineering work is scheduled to begin in January. He invited board members to reach out with questions and said staff will bring SMA to a future meeting to share options and next steps.
No formal action was taken; board members thanked Tate and indicated they will receive further updates in January.
