The clerk read the following resolutions and the board voted as recorded on the public record: resolution 2026‑17 (one‑year time extension for Cal Nocles Avos Inc., Lot 19501 Lot 21) — approved; resolution 2026‑18 (denial of minor subdivision for Josipaia Mintsberg, Block 8901 Lots 4 & 5) — approved (attorney clarified that an affirmative vote equates to denying the application); resolution 2026‑19 (denial of site plan for a school, Nefesh High Hashaim Inc., Block 19703 Lot 29) — approved; resolution 2026‑20 (conditional use and site plan approval for a day‑care use, Star Capital Partners 2, LLC, Block 6401 Lots 19 & 20) — approved; resolution 2026‑21 (site plan approval for a house of worship, Dogue Zucker, Block 5804 Lot 14) — approved; and resolution 2026‑22 (preliminary and final major site plan and subdivision approvals with waivers for Bellevue Estates, multiple blocks and lots) — approved.
Several schedule changes were also approved by motion and voice vote: moving Shockey LLC (Block 2101 Lots 29 & 30) to Oct. 5, 2026 with re‑notice required; carrying Josef Heine/Mintsberg (Block 8901 Lot 19) to Oct. 19, 2026 with no further notice required; and moving GM Broadtown LLC (Block 19403 Lot 4) to Dec. 7, 2026 with notice required.
Board attorney clarified the meaning of affirmative votes where a resolution was drafted as a resolution of denial; in those cases an affirmative vote corresponded to denying the application. The votes were recorded by roll call for the resolutions and by voice for the schedule motions. The meeting then proceeded to hear a substantive application for Block 2101, discussed separately.
The board adjourned after completing the agenda.
