Jonathan Bolin of Stampede and McNary presented the ANR for 641 South Street and said the existing vacant lot would be divided into three lots, with a possible future division of Lot 2 and a future filing for a common‑driveway special permit. "At this point, it's just to create the lots," Bolin said, adding the lots conform to zoning.
Chair asked for public comment and none was offered. A board member moved to endorse the plan and a roll‑call vote was taken; the Chair announced that the motion passed and board members arranged to sign the recorded plans at Town Hall.
On Kimball Road, the presentation explained that an adverse‑possession claim had been granted by a court transferring a small parcel from 41 Swanson Lane to 280 Kimball Road; the plan would memorialize that transfer so the title is properly recorded. The board reviewed the plan and likewise voted to endorse the ANR for filing.
The board noted that the endorsed plans require signatures to be recorded and asked members who can access Town Hall during business hours to sign in the coming days.
