Edward Tracey reported to the Select Board that the Orwell Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) is operating without incident. In his written report he said the plant continues to perform normally and the solar project has progressed to having conduits buried and awaiting wiring and connection.
Tracey also noted that, "As per our discharge permit, disinfection has terminated for the season and will resume in April 2026." The minutes record the report as routine and indicate no operational concerns at this time.
The board asked no recorded follow‑up questions in the minutes; the Select Board will continue routine oversight at subsequent meetings.
