Budget action: The commission approved a procedural budget request for next year’s PC/DRB account. Commissioner Michelle Wigginton moved to request $1,000 for the combined Planning Commission/Development Review Board 2026 budget; David Burtch seconded and the motion carried with all in favor.
Other business and next steps: The minutes record that mandatory ethics training remains outstanding for at least one member and that the commission accepted minutes from Aug. 20, 2025, by motion (Cian Quinn moved; David Burtch seconded). The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, to follow the DRB meeting.
