Town manager reports vehicle sale, roadwork completion and upcoming culvert design; proposes lead/asbestos testing

During the Town Manager update at the June 30 Selectboard meeting, John Broker Campbell reported several near-term public works developments and a proposed environmental-safety measure for town buildings.
