He said 33 notices of increases were sent and that one property owner attended to discuss an increase. To adjust the commercial sales ratio, O’Connor implemented a 2.8% upward change in commercial valuations.
Commissioner Dauenhauer moved to accept the report; Mayor Stuart Richter seconded. In a roll-call vote, Richter, Fleming and Dauenhauer voted “aye.” There were no nay votes. The motion carried.
The meeting was called to order at 9:01 a.m. and adjourned at 9:13 a.m. Andrew Presnell, city auditor, certified the minutes of the Tax Equalization meeting. The minutes do not record further conditions, appeals procedures, or specific valuation amounts beyond the noted 2.8% commercial increase.
