CROG staff reported on LOTS program activity July 20, 2026, highlighting recent authorizations, upcoming design submissions and project closeouts.
Satoria said CROG received an authorization-to-award letter for the West Hartford Fern Street Bridge project for $6,000,000 and listed several projects that received authorization-to-advertise letters and final design submissions across the region.
"CROG did receive an authorization to award letter this quarter, and that was for the West Hartford Fern Street Bridge project, and that was for $6,000,000," Satoria said, and congratulated the town on advancing the project.
Stephanie followed with submission and closeout statistics, noting 80 projects have been awarded or completed since the program began and that staff is projecting additional design submissions in the coming quarters.
What’s next: Staff asked committee members to review projected submissions and advised municipalities to notify CROG of any anticipated changes; staff will continue to monitor design submissions and project closeouts.
