Culbertson council authorizes mayor to seek airport engineering funds

The minutes include the full text of Resolution 131 and attest that the measure was passed and signed by Mayor Mark Moore and Town Clerk E. F. Garbe. The council also adopted a second resolution (numbered 132 in the minutes) at the same meeting; both resolutions were entered into the official minutes as adopted.
