Stratmoor Hills Sanitation District board votes to sell camera van, approves financial report

The Stratmoor Hills Sanitation District Board of Directors voted unanimously Oct. 15, 2025, to sell the district’s camera van and approved routine business items, including the September 2025 financial report. President Robert Colgrove called the meeting to order at 3:56 PM; the meeting adjourned at 4:15 PM.
Vice President John Willcox moved to approve the minutes from the Sept. 17, 2025 regular meeting; Secretary/Treasurer Richard Bond seconded and the board voted 5-0 to adopt the minutes. Willcox then moved to approve the meeting agenda as presented; Bond seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
On action item S-1, Willcox made a motion to sell the district’s camera van; Bond seconded. The board voted unanimously, 5-0, to approve the sale.
District Manager Darren Adame delivered the manager’s report and told the board that the September 2025 financial report was included in the packet and that the district is staying on budget. Vice President Willcox moved to approve the September financial report as presented; Secretary/Treasurer Bond seconded and the motion passed unanimously, 5-0.
With no public comments and no further business, Willcox moved to adjourn at 4:15 PM; Bond seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
