The clerk-treasurer provided the following balances: General fund — beginning $120,209.19, ending $82,559.76; Road & Bridge (R&B) — beginning $593,689.96, ending $569,708.31; Contingency — $113,882.13; Fire — $74,738.95; Petty cash — $310.00 beginning, $232.00 ending; total township funds — beginning $902,520.23, ending $841,121.15.
The board instructed the clerk-treasurer to post the annual audit reports on the township website as noted in old business.
