ESC re-elects co-chairs unanimously and endorses applicant to rejoin committee

The endorsement motion passed by unanimous roll-call vote.

The committee closed the governance items with a motion to approve the June 18 minutes (Eric B. moved; Kyra P. seconded); that motion passed with Glenn Reed recorded as abstaining because he had not been present at the June 18 meeting.
Next steps: the co-chairs will draft and submit the letter of support for Sara to the Select Board, and the Treasurer vacancy will be revisited at the following ESC meeting.
