It approved accounts payable for December 2025, with general fund payouts of $40,908.33, water utility expenses of $6,105.21 and sewer utility expenses of $23,946.97, for a total of $70,960.51.
Key project and administrative votes included acceptance of Kleiber Hydro Jetting and Vac LLC’s low bid of $10,479 for Canal Street sewer televising (motion by Dennis Moris, seconded by Chasity Allen); a motion by Moris, seconded by Allen to proceed with a facility plan for prioritized wastewater upgrades (motor control center, UV disinfection, blower upgrades); and approval of Dodge truck repairs by Sire T Auto Body (motion by Scott Daentl, seconded by Dennis Moris) with an estimated cost of about $1,200.
The board also authorized Clerk/Treasurer Shawna Atterbury to contact People’s Bank about separate village credit cards for herself, Chief Small, Leitzinger and possibly the library (motion by Robert McLimans, seconded by Scott Daentl). All recorded motions in the transcript passed unanimously.
The next regular meeting is set for Monday, Feb. 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
