At its Dec. 1 meeting the Village Board set the Caucus for Jan. 5, 2026 at 5:45 p.m., preceding the regular board meeting at 6:00 p.m.
Clerk/Treasurer Shawna Atterbury presented and the board approved the slate of election workers for the 2026–2027 term, including Chief Inspectors Bev Cathman and Linda Hoffman and a roster of election inspectors. Clerk Atterbury said all state and county property tax reports had been filed and the village expects county tax bills soon; state law requires tax bills to be mailed by Dec. 15.
The board moved into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment and compensation matters, later reconvened in open session and approved Christmas bonuses as discussed in closed session. All motions carried unanimously.
