Grafton Select Board adopts agenda, approves Sept. 15 and Sept. 29 minutes

The Grafton Select Board opened its Oct. 6 meeting with the Chair announcing the session and asking for a motion to adopt the agenda. After a motion and second, the board approved the agenda and proceeded to routine business.
The board reviewed and approved the minutes of the regular Sept. 15, 2025 meeting after a motion and voice vote. The Chair then called for acceptance of the Sept. 29 special budget meeting minutes; members moved, seconded and voted to accept those minutes as well.
Board members used the approvals to move on to committee reports, highway and cemetery updates and scheduling details for the town's upcoming budget work. The Chair confirmed the budget meeting will be held Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, and the next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, both at 6 p.m. in the town hall. The board asked staff to assemble materials needed for the capital budget discussion ahead of an internal deadline on Nov. 19.
The meeting proceeded to committee reports after the procedural votes.
