Chair explained that the draft package includes maps and multiple documents and asked for time to distribute copies. Board members agreed that they needed more than a half hour to digest the material and set a special session for 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday the 20th to review the draft regulations and related maps; the meeting will be warned as a work session focused on document review so that no other business will be discussed.
The chair moved to table the item until that session and the motion was seconded and approved. Staff said they would circulate the materials and post the special session notice so members and the public could prepare.
