At its Jan. 27 meeting the Grant County Commission approved Actions of the Clerk (Exhibit A-1), reviewed estate waivers (Exhibit A-2), and approved payment of invoices listed in Exhibit A-3.
The minutes record a motion to approve the clerk's actions (Exhibit A-1); the record notes President Tyson K. Riggleman abstained from that vote, and the motion was recorded as approved (MOTION: Miley / unanimously approved). Exhibit materials attached to the minutes list several probates, qualifications, ancillary administrations and waivers of final settlement for named estates. The minutes also include the invoice register (Exhibit A-3) with line-item payees and amounts across departments; the commission approved payment of those invoices.
The minutes do not show roll-call votes naming each commissioner for every invoice; approval was recorded by motion. Residents can review the supporting exhibits at the county clerk's office as the minutes indicate.
